Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations and changes require 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. Deposits are refundable or transferable only if changes are made before the 48-hour window.
Refunds & Redos:
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on services, products, or extensions. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 3 business days. One complimentary revision will be offered to achieve the originally discussed goal. Any changes outside that scope will be a new service at full price.
Appointments:
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is given; after that, your service may be modified or rescheduled. Arrivals 30+ minutes late will be marked as no-shows and charged 100% of the scheduled service. Come alone to your appointment unless others also have scheduled services. New moms may bring babies under 6 months if needed, please notify me in advance. If you need a caretaker present, please let me know at booking.
Waiver Policy:
Starting April 1st, 2025, all clients must sign a waiver acknowledging these policies.
